Storage & Meal Prep

Storage

Leftover salmon and potatoes can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Reheat gently in the oven or microwave, being careful not to overcook the salmon. It can also be enjoyed cold in a salad.

Make Ahead

The potatoes can be cut and tossed with oil and seasonings up to a day in advance and stored in the refrigerator. The herbs can be measured out. The salmon should be seasoned and cooked fresh for best results.
