Lemon Tuna Pasta

Ingredients
Step 1 — Cook pasta
- 12 oz spaghetti or linguine
- Salted water
Step 2 — Make the sauce
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 4 garlic cloves (sliced)
- 2 cans (5 oz) tuna in olive oil (drained)
- Zest and juice of 1 lemon
- 2 tbsp capers
- ¼ tsp red pepper flakes
- ½ cup parsley (chopped)
- Salt and pepper

Cook the pasta
Cook pasta until al dente. Reserve ½ cup pasta water before draining.

Make the sauce
Warm olive oil, sauté garlic 1 minute. Flake in tuna, lemon zest and juice, capers, and pepper flakes. Toss with pasta and a splash of pasta water. Finish with parsley.
