- 12 oz fettuccine or linguine (broken in half)
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 cups water
- 4 garlic cloves (minced)
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1½ cups Parmesan (grated)
- Salt and pepper
- Parsley

One-pot cook
Combine pasta, broth, water, garlic, and butter in a large pot. Bring to a boil, stirring often, until pasta is tender and liquid is mostly absorbed, about 12–15 minutes. Stir in cream and Parmesan until silky. Season and top with parsley.
