Ground Beef Taco Bowls

Ingredients
Step 1 — Cook the taco beef
- 1.5 lbs ground beef (80/20)
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- ½ cup water
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Step 2 — Build the bowls
- 3 cups cooked white rice
- 1 can (15 oz) black beans (drained)
- 1 cup corn (frozen or canned)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 avocado (sliced)
- ½ cup salsa
- ¼ cup sour cream
- Fresh cilantro
- Lime wedges

Cook the taco beef
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and cook, breaking it up, until browned. Drain excess fat. Add taco seasoning and water. Stir and simmer 3–4 minutes until sauce thickens.

Build the bowls
Divide rice into bowls. Top with seasoned beef, black beans, corn, and cheese. Add avocado, salsa, and sour cream. Garnish with cilantro and a squeeze of lime.
