15-Minute Chicken Stir Fry
A fast, healthy chicken stir fry with colorful vegetables in a savory ginger sauce. Better than takeout and on the table in 15 minutes.

Ingredients
Step 1 — Make the stir fry sauce
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 2 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1 tsp fresh ginger (grated)
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- 2 tbsp water
Step 2 — Cook chicken and vegetables
- 1.5 lbs chicken breast (sliced thin)
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 red bell pepper (sliced)
- 1 cup snap peas
- 2 carrots (julienned)
- 3 green onions (sliced)
- Sesame seeds
- Cooked rice (to serve)

Make the stir fry sauce
Whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, honey, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, cornstarch, and water in a small bowl. Set aside.

Cook chicken and vegetables
Heat 1 tbsp oil in a large wok or skillet over very high heat. Add chicken in a single layer and cook 3-4 minutes until cooked through. Remove. Add remaining oil and stir-fry vegetables 3-4 minutes until crisp-tender. Return chicken to the wok, pour sauce over everything, and toss 1-2 minutes until sauce thickens. Serve over rice with sesame seeds and green onions.
