Honey Garlic Pork Chops

Ingredients
Step 1 — Sear the pork chops
- 4 bone-in pork chops (1 inch thick)
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp paprika
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Step 2 — Make the honey garlic glaze
- 3 tbsp butter
- 4 garlic cloves (minced)
- 3 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

Sear the pork chops
Season pork chops with salt, pepper, and paprika. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chops 4–5 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through (145°F internal). Remove from pan.

Make the glaze and finish
Reduce heat to medium. Melt butter in the same pan. Add garlic and cook 1 minute. Whisk in honey, soy sauce, and vinegar. Simmer 2 minutes until slightly thickened. Return pork chops to pan and coat in the glaze.
