Step 1 — Make the honey mustard glaze
- 3 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves (minced)
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
Step 2 — Prep the vegetables
- 1 lb green beans (trimmed)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper

- 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
- Lemon wedges
- Fresh dill

Make the honey mustard glaze
Whisk together Dijon, honey, soy sauce, olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.

Prep the vegetables
Preheat oven to 400°F. Toss green beans with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread on a large sheet pan.

Push the green beans to the edges. Place salmon fillets in the center. Spoon the honey mustard glaze generously over the salmon. Bake 12-15 minutes until salmon flakes easily and green beans are tender. Serve with lemon wedges and fresh dill.
