Ingredients
Step 1 — Make the spread
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt and pepper
Step 2 — Assemble
- 2 large whole wheat tortillas (10-inch)
- 8 oz sliced turkey breast
- 4 slices provolone or Swiss cheese
- 1 cup romaine lettuce (shredded)
- 1 tomato (sliced)
- ½ cup cucumber (sliced)
- 2 tbsp red onion (thinly sliced)
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard or hummus

Smash the avocado
Mash avocado with lemon juice, salt, and pepper to a spreadable consistency.

Assemble the wraps
Lay tortillas flat. Spread avocado mixture over the surface. Add Dijon or hummus on top. Layer turkey, cheese, lettuce, tomato, cucumber, and red onion. Roll tightly: fold the sides in first, then roll from the bottom up. Slice in half and serve. For meal prep, wrap tightly in foil or plastic wrap and refrigerate up to 1 day.
